4. Machining and Surface Treatment of Parts (e.g., Steel Sleeves)

Machining: Altering part shape and dimensions via processes such as turning, milling, planing, and grinding;

Bonding/Adhesive Treatment: Chemically or physically joining parts that require assembly;

Surface Treatment: Processes like grinding, electroplating, and anti-rust treatment to enhance part accuracy and performance.

Subassembly: Combining individual parts into minimum functional units (e.g., gearbox components);

Final Assembly: Integrating all components into a complete product (e.g., a finished machine tool).

6. Product Inspection, Debugging, Painting, and Packaging

Inspection: Ensuring products meet design requirements through precision testing and functional verification;

Debugging: Adjusting mechanical performance and operating parameters;

Painting and Packaging: Protecting the product’s appearance and facilitating transportation and storage.
