Formation of 00-Grade Marble/granite Platforms

00-grade Marble/granite platforms are sourced from high-quality rock layers deep underground, formed through hundreds of millions of years of natural aging, resulting in extremely stable shapes that are unaffected by conventional temperature differences. The Marble/granite material, selected through strict chemical testing, features fine crystal distribution and hard texture, with a compressive strength of up to 2,290–3,750 kg/cm² and a Mohs hardness of 6–7. It is highly wear-resistant, acid/alkali-resistant, and has exceptional corrosion resistance, eliminating concerns about deformation or rust. As a non-metallic material, Marble/granite has no magnetic response or plastic deformation. Its hardness is 2–3 times higher than cast iron (equivalent to HRC>51), ensuring excellent accuracy retention of Marble/granite worktables. Even if a Marble/granite tool is struck by a heavy object, it will only chip slightly and can be repaired for continued use, unlike metal tools, whose surface accuracy is compromised by deformation. Its performance surpasses that of precision measurement reference parts made from cast iron or steel, enabling the production of high-precision platforms with stable accuracy.

Origin of 00-Grade Marble/granite Platforms

The Marble/granite material required for 00-grade platforms is currently found only in Shandong and Inner Mongolia in China. Shandong’s Marble/granite is of the highest quality, outperforming Inner Mongolia’s. The main production areas of Marble/granite platforms are concentrated in Fujian, primarily using sesame black 654 Marble/granite.

00-grade Marble/granite platforms are manufactured from top-layer natural Marble/granite through mechanical processing and manual scraping. They feature a black luster, precise structure, uniform texture, and superior stability, the high strength and hardness. Key advantages include: rust/acid/alkali resistance, non-magnetism, non-deformation, and excellent wear resistance. They maintain stability under heavy loads and normal temperatures.

00-Grade Marble/granite Platforms

00-grade Marble/granite platforms are precision reference inspection tools made from natural stone, ideal for calibrating mechanical instruments, precision tools, and mechanical parts as high-precision reference surfaces. Especially in high-precision measurement, their unique properties outperform cast iron plates.

Marble/granite plates, precision high-accuracy Marble/granite plates, Marble/granite inspection plates, and instrument platforms are made from high-quality "Fujian material" through mechanical processing and manual grinding. With a black luster, precise structure, uniform texture, good stability, high strength, and hardness, they maintain high accuracy under heavy loads and normal temperatures. They also offer advantages such as rust resistance, acid/alkali resistance, wear resistance, non-magnetism, and non-deformation, making them suitable for measuring tools in mechanical factories.

Accuracy Standards for 00-Grade Marble/granite Platforms

Referencing American national standards, flatness tolerances comply with GB4987-85:

• 000 grade = 1×(1+d/1000) μm

• 00 grade = 2×(1+d/1000) μm

• 0 grade = 4×(1+d/1000) μm

1 grade = 8×(1+d/1000) μm(d = diagonal length in mm; measurement temperature is typically 21±2℃).
